Shipping & Return Policy

Every golf club ordered from Vertical Groove Golf is hand-made to order.  We pride ourselves on providing an American-assembled product that passes through three levels of quality control before it leaves our shop.  Orders are shipped every business day (Monday-Friday excluding holidays). Unless otherwise noted during checkout, all in-stock orders are shipped within 2-3 business days following credit card authorization and verification.

Vertical Groove Golf provides free Fedex Ground shipping within the Continental USA.  Orders typically arrive 2-7 business days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays) after being shipped.  Once shipped, a Fedex tracking number will be sent to you so that you may track your individual order.  Orders outside the Continental USA are subject to additional charges for shipping.  Additionally the recipient will be responsible for any and all customs charges.  Contact us (customerservice@vertgolf.com) to get shipping options and rates for your non-Continental USA order.

If a package has not been delivered within 10 days or more, please contact us (customerservice@vertgolf.com) and send us written notice of non-receipt. Once received, a claim will be filed with FedEx. If FedEx cannot provide a signature confirmation of delivery, the recipient will then have the option of a full credit for the purchase amount or a reshipment of the order.

 

Return Policy

 

If you are not satisfied with your Vertical Groove golf club, simply return your item within 30 days of receipt.

Consistent with all major golf manufacturers, your club(s) must be in NEW and UNUSED condition and we hope you understand that we will NOT accept returns for custom-built golf clubs except for manufacturing defect(s).  All returns must be in the original packaging (with a copy of your invoice) and will be inspected prior to credit being issued.  Credit will be for the purchase price of the item(s), and will not include shipping.  Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

We recommend that you insure the item when shipping.  All return packages must be shipped using a service that tracks packages, such as FedEx, UPS or USPS (ask for services that have tracking options).  We cannot assume responsibility for lost shipments.

Please allow a minimum of 10 days for us to receive and process your return. You can expect a refund within 30 days of when we receive your return. We'll notify you via email once we've processed the returned product(s).  Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase.
